Who the heck is this guy? Why does he want me to read his ramblings?
My name is Khyle Keys, and I’ve been working at startups since I left a huge company in 2000. My first job was at a small consulting company in Chicago called Oronova. After a few years, I moved on to a 5 year old start up called Centerpost. Centerpost specialized in outbound notifications. We delivered millions of phone calls for several large companies.
Centerpost was led to a successful acquisition to West Corporation. After the transition had stabilized, I moved to another small startup. Media River specialized in contextual search widgets. Finally, I ended up at a great Voice 2.0 company, IfByPhone.
IfByPhone is a Telephony Applicaiton Provider to the Small and Medium Business market. That means they have several pre-built applications that can help SMBs use the phone to talk to their customers more often and more intelligently.
I blog regularly on my company’s blog, but I also wanted an outlet to talk about the industry in general.
I’ve been married for 16 years, and have three great rambuncitous boys: 5, 3 and a newborn.
I use Twitter and Friend Feed. You can find me on Facebook, and LinkedIn here. My google talk chat badge is on the front page if you want to chat.
